River Antoine Rum Distillery
Standing as a monument to traditional distillation methods, River Antoine Rum Distillery utilises a water wheel for power and local, organically grown sugarcane to produce its renowned Rivers Rum. This distillery offers a window into the past, preserving the time-honored techniques that have been passed down through generations. The potent 75% white rum is famous on the island (for local consumption only), whereas the 69% white rum is safe to bring home on the plane.
