Warm the oven to 230°C (450°F)
Mix together the flour and salt in a large bowl
Add the oil and water to the mixture and stir until a dough is formed. You can add a little extra water if some dry flour remains
Sprinkle your work surface with flour, and roll out the dough into a rectangle until its about 1/2cm thick
Brush the surface of the dough with some coconut oil (or olive oil)
Sprinkle your toppings on the dough (salts, seeds)
Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into cracker sized pieces
Transfer crackers to baking paper using a spatula and prick them with a fork
Bake for 10-15minutes depending on crispness. You want the edges of the crackers to brown.
Let the crackers cool (preferably on a wire rack)
Store the crackers in an airtight container (best eaten on the same day)
