How To Make Coconut Mylk
Coconut Mylk is quick and easy to make, with only 2 ingredients!

Nut milk bag (or cheesecloth)

Ingredients

cups
Shredded Coconut
Unsweetened, Organic

Filtered Water
Instructions
Add coconut and water to the blender, and blend on high speed until the mixture looks smooth (Approx 1-2 minutes).
2 cups Shredded Coconut,
4 cups Filtered Water
Pour mixture into a nutmilk bag over a bowl, and squeeze all the liquid out. Alternatively you can squeeze it through a cheescloth.
Give the mixture a quick stir, and pour into a milk jug or jar with a sealed lid.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Give it a shake before use.
Notes
If you would like your coconut mylk to be a little sweeter, you can add a date into the mixture.
