Ingredients
1CupRolled OatsOld fashioned style
4CupsFiltered Water
Instructions
Add rolled oats and water into the blender, and blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute.
Pour mixture into a strainer over a bowl, gently move the pulp around to let all the liquid through. Be careful not to press down on the pulp as this can make your oat milk slimy.
Place the leftover oat pulp into another bowl and rinse the strainer.
Strain the liquid an additional time.
Pour the mixture into a glass jar or bottle with a sealed lid.
Store your oat milk in the fridge for up to 4 days. Give it a shake before use.
